Pioneering retrofit schemes are doing just that: lowering domestic bills and delivering tangible health benefits for residents\, and we know many local and combined authorities are keen to follow in their footsteps.Join UK100 and the University of Birmingham WM-Net Zero for a deep dive into how local authorities can deliver ambitious retrofit projects\, which deliver on communities’ calls for warmer\, healthier homes\, cheaper bills and cleaner air. Hear from pioneering local authorities delivering schemes which engage and deliver for residents\, supported by the INHABIT Hub\, a £7.3m research project funded by UK Research and Innovation in partnership with the National Institute of Health and Care Research.The hub aims to produce scientific evidence and policy-relevant solutions to realise the health co-benefits of the UK’s net zero transition in housing.
