DESCRIPTION:Date: 24 & 25 SeptemberTime: TBCLocation: Birmingham Botanical Gardens\, Westbourne Road\, Edgbaston B15 3TR \n\n\n\nWM Net Zero is a Wellcome Trust-funded project that runs 2023-2027. We are now coming into the final 12 months of the project\, which provides a good opportunity to review what we have achieved and explore how and where we can deliver further real-world impact.This two-day stakeholder event will showcase the work of the WM-Net Zero project and thank our partners for their key input into the work. It will also incorporate interactive sessions to explore how WM-Net Zero tools\, insights and capabilities can be further utilised for real-world applications over the next 12 months (and beyond). \n\n\n\n\nDay One will focus on showcasing the WM-Net Zero outputs\, outcomes\, impacts and achievements related to net zero transport and housing ambitions\, as well as to discuss further opportunities for WM-Net Zero capabilities and future plans.\n\n\n\nDay Two will focus specifically on the housing decarbonisation aspects of the WM-Net Zero project\, including exploring the Net Zero Neighbourhood fieldwork activities and new modelled housing scenarios\, as well as interactive sessions to discuss NZN/retrofit programmes\, evaluation plans and how WM-Net Zero capabilities could help.\n\n\n\n\nYou are invited to join both days (or either day\, if necessary) – there will be networking drinks\, a tour of the botanical gardens and a meal for those who are able to join us on day 1.  The full agenda will be circulated nearer to the date. Please indicate which day(s) you are attending\, whether you want to join the Botanical Gardens Tour\, are staying for the networking drinks and/or the meal (plus any dietary requirements).  If you need to stay overnight\, please also indicate on the form below and we can explore options.  \n\n\n\nLink for Registration: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/AnC5NVcsXdDeadline for Registration: 10th August 2026
